What to Expect in a Session
During a Reiki session, you’ll be invited to lie comfortably—fully clothed—on a treatment table in a calm, peaceful environment. Soft lighting, grounding elements, and a serene atmosphere are intentionally created to help you relax and feel supported.
The practitioner gently places their hands either lightly on or just above different areas of the body. There is no pressure or manipulation—only a quiet, intentional presence. Many people experience warmth, subtle sensations, or a deep sense of calm as the session unfolds.
Each session is unique. Some clients feel emotional release, others drift into a meditative or dream-like state, and some simply enjoy a quiet moment of rest.
